NEWS INFORMATION生物通主辦的“2021生命科學十·大創新產品”于2022年1月正式揭曉,Quantum Design中國·新引進的NanoView R200全自動外(wai)泌體熒光檢測分析(xi)系統,憑(ping)借其*的設計理(li)念及·越的性能,榮(rong)獲“2021生(sheng)命科學十·大創新產品”!
“生(sheng)命(ming)科(ke)(ke)學十·大創新(xin)(xin)產(chan)品”是生(sheng)物通歷經(jing)10余年打造的(de)(de)生(sheng)命(ming)科(ke)(ke)學科(ke)(ke)學儀(yi)器行業·進、創新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)獎項之。至今已舉辦十四屆。本次評選(xuan)共有28臺儀(yi)器參選(xuan),經(jing)過評審家嚴格篩選(xuan)以及廣大科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)用戶(hu)的(de)(de)投票評比(bi),終評選(xuan)出(chu)10·大創新(xin)(xin)產(chan)品。該獎項致力于讓大家了解生(sheng)命(ming)科(ke)(ke)學發展的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)方向,也希望(wang)新(xin)(xin)穎(ying)的(de)(de)產(chan)品能激發研(yan)(yan)究者(zhe)的(de)(de)靈感,推動科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)進程,助力科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)學者(zhe)早日攀上科(ke)(ke)學研(yan)(yan)究的(de)(de)高峰!
全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統ExoView是美國NanoView Biosciences于2018年研究推出的,該系統經推出,便引起了外泌體域科研工作者的廣泛關注。僅兩年已有100多個實驗室采用該技術,發表文獻近百篇,刊載在Cell, Cell Biology, Journal of Extracellular Vesicles等期刊。ExoView的精準表征,為科學家提供了種無須純化即可直接對血漿、血清、尿液、培養基中的外泌體進行表征分析的新方法。能夠提供單個外泌體水平下的全·方位外泌體表征信息(包括粒徑大小、分布、計數、攜帶蛋白表達與生物標志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等),以(yi)及多層次和全(quan)方面的外泌(mi)體測(ce)量解(jie)決方案。能夠幫助(zhu)科學家更深(shen)入地了(le)解(jie)外泌(mi)體與疾(ji)病之(zhi)間的關系(xi),助(zhu)力疾(ji)病診斷(duan)和新藥開發。
ExoView® R200全(quan)自動外泌體(ti)熒光檢測(ce)分析系(xi)統勢包括:
• 異性捕獲:芯(xin)片上可包被多(duo)達6 種捕獲抗體(ti),異(yi)性(xing)捕獲含定蛋白標記物(wu)的外泌體(ti)。
• 對陽性外泌體計數:芯片捕(bu)獲外泌體后,可通過(guo)單粒(li)子干涉反射成像傳感(gan)器(SP-IRIS)技術直接檢(jian)測(ce)樣品中外泌體的(de)數量(liang)。
• 單個外泌體蛋白共定位分析:檢測每(mei)個(ge)外泌體(ti)的熒光信(xin)號并進行統計,可獲得熒光共定(ding)位(wei)信(xin)息,用于分(fen)析樣品中(zhong)不同表型外泌體(ti)的比例(li)。
• 無需純化:使(shi)用(yong)抗體捕獲模式,防(fang)止樣品中雜質(zhi)影響結果,可直接檢測血液、尿液和細胞培養液中的(de)外泌體,未純(chun)化樣品的(de)測量結果與純(chun)化后基本致。
• 粒徑分辨率高:高精度SP-IRIS技(ji)術,可檢測(ce)≥50 nm的(de)外泌(mi)體,測(ce)量(liang)結(jie)(jie)果(guo)與電子顯微鏡檢測(ce)結(jie)(jie)果(guo)基本致,并(bing)統計生(sheng)成(cheng)外泌(mi)體的(de)粒徑分(fen)布結(jie)(jie)果(guo)。
• 可檢測外泌體內容物:試劑(ji)(ji)盒配套相應(ying)的穿膜劑(ji)(ji),可(ke)穿透外(wai)泌體并對外(wai)泌體內容(rong)物(wu)進行染色(se)并檢測,如下圖所示(shi),Non-permeabilized時只能(neng)檢測到跨膜蛋白(bai)CD9的熒光信號, Permeabilized后即(ji)可(ke)檢測到外(wai)泌體內容(rong)物(wu)(如PD-L1、P-tau等)的表達。
